Carry-In Service

Gorrell's offers Carry-In service at our Service Center on Fortune Dr. in Lexington. Our typical turnaround for repairs is 24 hours and all work is performed by A+ certified technicians. We have high-speed Internet access at each technician's bench to allow fast software patch downloads and research. Our rates for Depot service is $95.00/hour for non-network repairs and $110.00/hour for network related repairs. There is also a check out fee of $55.00 for all computers due at time of drop off. For all laser printers and multifunction printers there is a $65.00 check out fee due at time of drop off. Notebook computers & Epson DFX printers have a $95.00 check out fee. If we are unable to provide a solution over the phone you may bring the unit to us or we will provide pick-up and delivery.
