All repairs are performed by A+ certified technicians and our work is backed by a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Gorrell's stocks over $100,000.00 of repair parts for computers to facilitate fast repairs. All computers serviced by Gorrell's will have the Operating System software updated with current security patches and are checked for viruses before and after repair.

Because we understand both the hardware and the Operating System software we are able to completely remedy any problem with a PC; hardware or software. As a Microsoft Certified Partner and a Novell GOLD Partner we have access to Microsoft's and Novell's technical knowledge bases on CD and direct access to upper level support staff.

We maintain a large inventory of industry standard desktop and mobile PCs such as IBM, Compaq and GCS custom configured to temporarily replace a PC that is being serviced.
