Printer Repair

Gorrell's is an Authorized service center for Epson & Canon. Our standard turnaround for In-Shop repairs us is 24 hours on these brands. We have experience servicing other brands of printers but due to parts availability the repair turnaround may exceed 24 hours. Gorrell's stocks over $100,000.00 of printer parts to facilitate fast repairs and all repairs are performed by A+ certified and Manufacturer trained technicians. Our work is backed by a 90 day parts and labor warranty. All printers are thoroughly cleaned, lubricated and tested after the repair. A cosmetic cleaning of the exterior of the printer is also included so that the printer not only works like new but looks like new.

We maintain a large inventory of industry standard laser, ink jet and impact printers by manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, Canon, Epson, Okidata, Lexmark and Panasonic to temporarily replace a printer that is being serviced. If we are unable to provide a solution over the phone you may bring the unit to us or we will dispatch a technician to your site.

We also stock consumable supplies from the printer manufacturers such as ribbons, toner cartridges, ink cartridges, and knobs.
